i made an amazing time with peck law firm. i felt at home and could ask my lawyer anything, on top of it they have a lot of lawyers that only do immigration work, so they work together, they dont fight over clients... i had a paralegal that walked through all my forms with me and explained whut i was doing. its good not to feel alone with something that could change your whole life.

I was selected and approved for the DV-2003 diversity Immigrant Program called Lottery-Visa which provide residency (Greencard) to the immigrants.
Mrs Peck has accepted to reprensent me and promise to win the case that she qualified herself as "Very easy".
I was supprised few months later when I received a letter from Immigration saying that the case was denied due to the lack of time.
Mrs Amy Peck did not do anything to win this easy case and was not able to help at all after the case has been denied despite the fact that I paid the $ 1,000 that she requested plus the fees on time (about 1,800 in total).
During the whole process, she was difficult to reach and I fell like I was alone and did not have any lawyer.
My case was lost certainly because she did not take care of it.

PROS: I would never recommand her as an Immigration Lawyer!
CONS:

I know the immigration process is a slow one, but it seems like sometimes this law firm likes to take things extra slow! I can't complain *too* much, though. For the most part, the lawyers seem to be very nice, concerned individuals eager to help. The waiting area is awesome (nice toys for the young ones!) and the office staff is very nice.
