i took my car here last week to have the brakes and battery checked, i was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes, but i needed a new battery. i paid $200 for the checkup and battery, I'm sorry but $135 for a new battery is a bit much. after leaving LAS i noticed my brakes were making a strange grating sound that it had NEVER made before whenever i applied the brakes. i took it back in a week to the day and it turns out the brakes are in horrible shape and i need new pads etc. etc. so know i get to spend and extra $150 after being told the brakes were fine. i would not recommend Lincoln Auto. i know i'll never go there again!

I took my car in to Lincoln Auto Service about a month ago to have a front fender checked out. Jason was great! I have a specialty car and I've had some scary experiences with shops that are not familiar with european cars. Jason replaced the fender and saved me $500 from what the dealership was going to charge.
Very honest and friendly service! I'd recommend it to anyone!

My family and I had been regular customers of Lincoln Auto Service for years, until now. I took my car in for a brake problem several months ago and was told everything was fine. A month later, my brakes went out. I took it back, was charged $350, got a block away, and they still wouldnt work! I took my car back, got charged another $200 to fix it and it seemed to work. Unfortunately, I didnt have much time to try it out, as two days later, there was an engine problem. I was told that nothing on the engine was touched, but I had never had problems before! Anyway, 3 days later, and another $450 later, I got my car back, only to have it break down w/in 10 minutes of the shop!!! I took it back, and they worked on it for another 2 days, and then told me my engine was blown. So, $1000 in repairs, and I have no working car! The shop has come under new management, and it is obvious that the honesty and integrity that used to be synonymous with Lincoln Auto is no longer. I do not recommend this shop to anybody anymore.

When my husband's 93 F150 had a break in the rear brake line, we called several places for an estimate. Most estimates were from $125-130...so we figured that Lincoln Auto Service would be in the same range. To our surprise, LAS was only $85! They are great! They stand behind their work, and won't sell you something you don't need. Our truck is returning to them for an issue with the engine overheating...I have full confidence that they will locate and fix the issue---without padding the bill! God bless the mechanics at LAS!!!!

I honestly don't know what I'll do if Lincoln Auto Service ever closes their doors. You always want to be able to trust your mechanic, and I trust the men at Lincoln Auto Service implicitly. I've been taking vehicles there for years, and the people who recommended me have been doing so for years before that, and I've never once been anything but delighted with the service. They'll never recommend work you don't need, they'll never use an expensive part when a more reasonable one will do, and they will never do you wrong. I can't recommend these guys enough. Ask for Ed, and you can't go wrong.
PROS: Best and most trustworthy mechanic I've found.
CONS: I can't think of a single one.
