I recently brought my vehicle in to certified transmission and all of the employees were helpful. They were very busy, but they were still able to look at my vehicle and complete the service within one day. Amazing1

I bought a truck that had a 5 year 75K warranty from Certified Transmission. The truck has 107K miles and they agree that it should still be under warranty, but they refuse to warranty it because I can not prove that the previous owner did not neglect it. In mind they should prove that he did! They haven't even looked at it, but when my mechanic called, they refused as well as when I called. They SAID that they talked it over with their owner, Peter Fink ( you know "job done right for the right price," Yeah right) and he refused to warranty it. However when I have tried to get his number, email or address, to contact him directly it is nowhere to be found. My van also has a transmission from them and I pray ai sell it before it goes too, given their track record. DON"T have your transmission fixed there. They have NO ethics.

I had my transmission replaced here and Dave (the manager) was awesome at customer service until... my transmission needed to be replaced again less than a week later. He let me know that it was now in the hands of their warranty rep (Jim Stokes). Jim was rude and nasty on the phone with both myself and my husband. He was completley unsimpathetic and even threatening. So, beware if you do have any further problems with your truck you might have to deal with Jim.

Cons: Their warranty company has a bad rep (Jim)

Do NOT use Certified Transmission for transmission work. Not trustworthy, rude, unreliable. Owners name is Peter FINK...that should tell you something.

PROS: NONE
CONS: Owner, manager rude! Everyone who goes there needs a new transmission.

More about Certified Transmission 75th And Pacific

Peter Fink opened Certified Transmission in 1979 in an abandoned two-bay gas station in Omaha with $1000 and his tool box. Since that time Certified Transmission has grown into one of the largest independent remanufactured transmission repair and remanufacturing facilities in the United States. Certified Transmission operates 13 of its own retail stores in 4 states and maintains a growing nationwide network of distributors. Certified has two state-of-the-art remanufacturing plants. Between all the facilities, Certified Transmission has more than 400 employees. Certified's dedication to remanufacturing the highest quality products, combined with outstanding customer service, has led to national recognition.
