3 Stars: Going Downhill (by Jennifer B.)

Aki's has always been the place my Japanese American family has gone for rice, rice crackers and all our specialty items we can't find in the grocery store. While they still carry lots of quality products that we love, we feel as if in recent years Aki's doesn't have the variety we once loved so much.

4 Stars: It's a Japanese grocery and gift shop (by Young C.)

C'mon, "downtown Hong Kong" ?
It's a mostly Japanese store.

Great place to get Japanese groceries. Prices are a little higher than I'm used to, but it's the only place I found in Omaha though I've only been here a few months.

You can find pretty interesting stuff in the freezer, especially if you're daring enough to try the recipes you see on Food channel.

For Korean groceries, there's a store up the street.

I'm just glad there is a well stocked store in Omaha.

4 Stars: Aki Oriental Foods (by Emily S.)

I am a big fan of oriental cooking and this store carries a huge supply of ingredients. From oriental sauces like fish sauce and soy, to produce to a great frozen selection, coming here is like taking a trip to a store in downtown Hong Kong! If you want the real thing, come to Aki Oriental Foods!!
