l.u., the previous reviewer is way wrong. The coaching staff at Solid Rock is outstanding. Their safety record is great. They never push my kids to do skills they feel they are not ready for. They are more than capable of producing high level gymnastics as is evident by 2 of their recent athletes getting division 1 college scholarship offers, and one offer was from NEBRASKA !!

Not a professional and positive atmosphere for young ladies. While the facility is adequate, the training is not the best in town for training or personal positive growth. Coaching staff lacks maturity, and the safety required for high level gymnasts is questionable.

I have had 2 children with Solid Rock for 5 years and it is simply the best place for gymnastics in Lincoln, Ne. The coaches are careing and loving yet my daughters are pushed to be the best gymnasts they can be. The class sizes are small and they learn alot. Each class is structured so its not play time. I feel I really get my money worth.
