Seriously an amazing place! The employee working was so friendly and helpful! It was my first time in a store like it, and I was very comfortable. They take ID's when you first walk in, and then set you free. If you need any help, there is always someone near by to help you. I felt very welcomed! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Not to great of a selection but regardless, I still found what I wanted. Once I went to pay, I realized I could get 25% because of my job. Thought that was nice. Gave the lady my card and she asked for my drivers license. Without even warning me, she wrote down my entire drivers license number down. Not sure if that's a Nebraska thing? Never had that happened. Well, once I walked out, I realized I had cash in the car so I went in to get the recit back. Lady refused because all sales were final. I asked to have a manager on the phone. They allowed her to void the charge and ge the recit back but had some lame excuses for needing a drivers license number. It's "to make sure you're card wasn't stolen". I think after seeing to cards of identification, that should be enough to prove it's not stolen. I told the manager taking that information is unheard of and worrys me of identify theft. That's when he told me to "just f***ing void it then". Huh
Well, that's what I did. The woman tried not to give me the 25% discount that time. Gave a nice little sigh when I made her do it.

They have some decent stuff so I don't blame anyone for going. Just make sure you pay with cash!

I do not usually take the time to write reviews, but with economy tanking, I feel this is VERY important.

The store is wonderfully clean and the staff has a great sense of humor.

Here is the problem:

I purchased a toy and with tax it came to $87.00 and change. As I was checking out, I saw a sign and realized I was eligible for a 25% discount. But, they had already ran my credit card. There are no returns on toys, so even though I had yet to leave the store, I could not do a return and repurchase. I probably could have dealt with that if not for the next problem.

I spent $87.00 on a toy, came home and had some spare time. I looked for the toy on the internet. Exact same toy, no shipping costs or taxes and on many, many sites it was less than $30.00. The cheapest I found it for was $24.69, but there were shipping charges.

I expect some markup when I actually purchase from a store, but a 350% markup is just AWFUL. If I ever go back, it will just be to actually see the merchandise and then if I find something I like I will order it from the internet.

Too bad, really - but it won't be censorship that takes these stores away from a community, but the fact they are no longer competitive in their pricing. As I said, I don't mind paying a little more (I'm thinking 20-50% more), but I don't want to be gouged.

This shop is chaotic. When shopping for discreet items, I would never want to have to sift through piles and piles of objects laying on the floor, scattered on counters and shelves, hanging haphazardously on the walls, or in giant bins ... which is exactly what someone would end up doing. There is zero organization of the generally over priced items.

However, the fabulous customer service does make up for the incredibly poor presentation of merchandise.
