I made the trek all the way across town when I was furniture shopping to take a look at the selection here. I found it to be limited and was extremely disappointed. I was expecting quality furniture and found the same type of things I can purchase at any discount store. The sales staff is awful, I had to chase someone down to ask a question. They didn't seem to care or want my business so I left very disappointed at my wasted trip.

I have shopped at Rod Kush's furniture a couple of times, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sure, the prices are low, but the furniture is a great example of "you get what you pay for!" It's very tacky looking unless you want your home to look like a bordello! The customer service is nonexistent at best, at worst, the employees are just rude when you ask for their help.

the prices are unbeatable, but the service is HORRID! i've been in there a few times to purcahse large pieces of furniture, every time i go i get ignored. i have to go find a sales person, ask them to sell me something, and then follow them around until they actually do it.

Rod Kushs is able to offer a buyer good deals on furniture, but don't expect too much in the way of customer service or quality. Look for the selection and price of bedroom sets as that they are outstanding. However, much of the living room furniture selection is tacky and cheap looking. Its worth stopping in for a bargain, but finding anyone friendly to help you is going to be a challenge. I've had to leave the store before simply because no one was around to help, and that's when there were only a few customers in the store.
