I was recently interested in renting a townhouse from Terrace Garden, but had a very unsatisfactory experience. I found their staff to be less than helpful in their efforts to have me as a resident. Overall I feel I received the better end of the deal as I found a much nicer townhouse at an even better price. Definitely shop around.
