awful place, awful people working theere. they will lie, lie , lie and lie some more. they will will tell you everything you want to hear. yet when it comes to delievering the product they will not deliever and then lie some more about it. never everrrrrrrrr go to this dealership you will regret it

I will NEVER GO BACK! We were going to purchase a vehicle and we signed off and agreed on the price and they decided the day that we went to pick it up that we should pay $600.00 for repairs. We explained that it was supposed to be a certified vehichle and we shouldn't incur the cost and they said we had until the close of business to decide what we wanted to do and I called at 4:45 p.m. and they said the cost went up to $1300.00 and said that my husband had been rude to them and they won't do business with us. I called several times to speak to the owner and was told that there was no way that I would be able to speak to him because he wouldn't do business with us either. They refunded the deposit that we put down but I have never been treated so badly in all of my life. I left the dealership crying and neither the manager nor the car salesman came over to speak to me. I threatend to contact my lawyer and the manager said for me to go ahead and provided me with the name and address of theres. He rattled it off verbadem which tells me that he is used to getting those types of calls.

I leased a car from a salesman a few years ago and he was one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. He hadn't even been with the company all that long. I wish I could say his name because he was just the type of guy you want to send tons of business to. I do know that overall, the sales team at Nissan are all very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a family run business and they really have taken customer service to another level!
