Pizza Chef

I stopped into Pizza Chef and ordered a Bonless Chicken salad, and look out it was the greatest item I had ever ordered. The staff is always ready to serve me and polite too. I will be back everytime in the area visiting family and friends.

We love Pizza Chef. They are reliable, polite, they make great food, and best of all it is VERY clean!! It may get a bit hectic in there during rushes from ball games, holidays, etc. as you would expect, but I think they handle it better than anyone else does in town. They have a great staff and have been providing great meals to my family for about 20 years! I wouldn't change a thing.

The food is scrumptious. Try the chicken finger sub. The staff is especially friendly. If you ever get the chance, talk to Mike. He's the nicest and funniest man in town.

Tammy S is an idiot and so is the person below her. THe service at this pizza place is amazing and so is the food. I highly recommend trying there delicious foods. If you are ever in the are definetly stop by. The food is great and i give it five stars hands down.

I just visited this Pizza place for the first time since I was in the area skiing. Subs, not very pleasing..pizza, ok..nothing special. Customer Service, awful..Not very accommodating..messed up order. So, to rate this place..just say it was the only Pizza place in this town...so that should say enough. Thanks!

Same as every other Pizza place and not accomodating when it comes to changing something on their menu. Just wanted to change my salad a litle and they could not do it. Not customer service oriented. Find another place to go.

When you hear Pizza Chef in the New London area It could mean any of their locations. I go to the New London location all the time. The staff is very friendly and the management it on top of everything.
When it comes to the food you can tell it is a family run operation. It's tasty and filling with a homade touch. There food always has nice presentaion and is cooked perfectly, with excellent prices.
This "Pizza Place" is not your average it's excellent with a family feel.

PROS: Atmosphere, food quality,price
CONS: Friday night is a little busy so they try to keep the wait to around 15-20

The food here is "do-able", but that's about it IMHO. They have messed up our order the several times we have gone there (for takeout, so you don't realize it until you get home, and if you call, they say, "sorry" but don't offer to make good on it for a future visit).

Their spaghetti is always over-done and dry. I've asked for extra sauce, extra extra sauce and "tons of sauce", but each time I get it, it's the same as always, very little sauce and tons of plain watery spaghetti.

They don' t have the style of pizza I like -- hand tossed style crust -- they have something that looks like a bread dough that gets run through a machine to flatten it out. Just not my favorite style of pizza, so we have stopped going to Pizza Chef.

A good place to take the kids while here on vacation because they aren't looking for much past the frozen pizza stuff they seem to like to much. I think a lot of pizza chef's business comes from the college right across the street and just about anything tastes good when you are cramming for exams or just hanging out with friends looking for a snack.
