i had my belly button pierced here a week ago. i would not recommend this place at all. first of all the girl at the front desk was on her phone texting the whole time. they rushed you in and out and didnt fully explain the healing and aftercare process. my piercing even came out crooked and i am so annoyed since i spent $76 here!! i almost walked out with my release form as well and wasnt given my aftercare sheet since the girl at the front desk was too preoccupied with her phone. i wouldnt recommend anyone coming here.

Took a while to decide what & where to get my third tattoo. My others were done out of state before I moved to NH. I had seen several tattoos done at Spider-Bite, all of which were high quality & done by Bill. I hopped in after working a stressful few days with no appointment. I had a picture of what I wanted on my cell phone & Bill was able to get it stenciled and the tattoo completed in about 1 1/2 hours. He was very casual, and while a somewhat quiet person, made me feel completely at ease while he did the tattoo. It came out excellent, I love it. everyone who has seen it has commented on how nice it is & asks where it was done. I would highly recommend him & Spider-Bite to anyone. Thanks Bill.

I went to Spider-Bite for my first piercing. I was a little hesitant because I had read a few bad reviews of Spider-Bite. But I had also heard some really good things. I went to a couple of other places first but because of the personal nature of the type of piercing I was getting, those places referred me to Spider-Bite. When I got there, I was greeted and asked what I was there to do. The receptionist was a little loud and like I said I was there for a "personal" piercing and really did not appreciate the fact that I had to speak about it with other customers there waiting. But, this is the only bad thing I can say about Spider-Bite. Once I met with the piercer, Mark Szczerbiak (not completely sure on the spelling of his last name) I was really put at ease. Mark went over the types of jewelery that could be used for my particular piercing and the pros and cons of each plus what he recommended. Mark then took care of a few customers that were waiting ahead of me and I only had to wait a short amount of time. I then went into the room for my piercing. There was a door to the room that Mark closed, and I did not have to worry about strangers peaking in to see what was going on, and I felt like my privacy was important to Mark. Mark is a member of the APP(Assoc. of Professional Piercers) and he shows it. He was completely professional and I never once felt uncomfortable with him. And, finally, the piercing was done and looks great. I could not be more happy with it! I will be back to get another soon! Thanks to Mark and Spider-Bite.

Bill was unprofessional and rude. He made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that he might not be the most friendly person, but checking his watch and huffing and puffing does not make a person make a decision any faster.

Pros: piercing

Cons: tattoo artist

.

Bill was rude and impatient. He had written down the wrong appointment time for me and was backed up when I arrived at the correct time.
When I was unsure of the placement of my tattoo stencil and talking about putting another stencil on he grew impatient. Then when I knew it didn't look quite right, and asked if I could wear the stencil home to test it out, he demanded 100 dollars for his work and time. Although we waited for him for a good hour, we took about half hour of his time. 100 dollars a hour would be outrageous for Picasso. He was so rude about it that there was no way i was sitting in that chair to get a tattoo from him then.
I had all intentions of coming back until he turned into such a jerk. I paid the 50 dollars and then asked to speak the manager. She was nice, but said that I needed to pay the fifty dollars for his supplies. okay, the piece of paper and pencil for the stencil? She called over the owner.
After calmly telling me that I was wrong and Bill was right, he said that I have to understand that this is a business. I said "I understand that, I have my own business and this is not good business."
I felt as if Bill did not care what his worked looked like on me and did not care if I was happy or not. The only thing he cared about was the money he would get out of me ...tattoo or not. I should have know not to go here. I know no one who has gotten work done here. I should have driven the 2 1/2 hours to go to a friend of my boyfriends. He always asks customers of they are happy and sure they want it done. It is going to be on your body for the rest of your life, not the tattoo artist's. I will never go back to spider bite for a tattoo.
I did get my tragus ring switched and the girl that helped me was very sweet and helpful. Bill on the other hand is a cocky jerk!

If you're searching for the perfect place to get a piercing or a tattoo, then Spider Bite is the place. It's clean, and the artists are incredibly professional and friendly. Speaking from experience, these guys really know what they're doing; they put you completely at ease. Good prices as well.

Spider Bite is an asset to Manchester. It is a great place to go and make new friends and they have excellent tattoo artists. The tanning beds are clean and ready to go. This is a fun place and good prices too! If you are looking to have a body modification done, then this is the place! They even have a limo service! (and really good gargoyles on the building!) This is easy to find on Elm St too, right near Dunkins!

Offering piercing, hair styling, tanning, and more recently tattooing, Spider-Bite is the body modification mecca. They offer the highest quality service at everything they do, and I have never heard of an unsatisfied customer. All their employees are real professionals, and they are very clearly real customers too. They also sell assorted ornamental weapons and tobacco products.
