It's mandatory to eat at Lou's if you're hanging out in Hanover.

They have great breakfasts and the retro diner atmosphere I love.

Everything is good - the eggs, pancakes & french toast.

I love Lou's.

Lou's has been around for eons and it's still hopping. We used to go to Lou's for coffee and donuts when we were high school kids in the early eighties and they still have excellent donuts and decent coffee. The food is your standard diner stuff, but it's served by chatty waitresses with stories to tell. Hanover food scene is definitely not so strong, but Lou's always satisfies.

I have heard great things about Lou's in general, but can only speak of the killer yummy breakfasts. There is usually a line but it moves quickly and is worth the wait. Everythings is fresh, and homemade. The baked items are especially good. The staff is friendly and portions are huge.
