When I experienced problems with my vehicle, I wasn't sure where to turn. I had just moved to the area, and I didn't know the reputation of any dealers in the area. After reading the positive reviews about Team Nissan, I ended up taking my vehicle there. The service team was friendly and professional, and they finished the repair quickly and at a very reasonable price.

My experience at Team Nissan was great. I was greeted by a very friendly sales person who worked with me so I could purchase the car that I wanted. It was a very seamless and painless process.

I had a few issues with my new Nissan and called Bob Day. He agreed to see me right away. Next time I buy new car again I will be back to your dealership. This is 7th new car bought last 30 years and service at Team Nissan was like going back to early 80s. Thanks you Bob and Team.

I had an appointment this morning to have my front rotors replaced and an oil change. I was getting a vibration when I applied the break. I arrived at 10am and they took the car in shortly there after. At 10:30, I looked out in the service area and saw my car up on the lift with all four wheels on the floor and an oil drip tray underneath. At 11:00, I looked again and it was the same. At 11:30, I looked again and it was still the same. At 12:00, guess what? At around 12:10, the service advisor came out and told me I needed rotors and pads on all four wheels. Two hours the vehicle has been there and no one's worked on it. When I asked why It took two hours, I was told it was because he couldn't get anyone one over there two look at. It would be 2-3 hours more and $600 to fix it. At this point, I have gone over the edge. Why take an appointment when you don't have the staff to do the work. If this was a one time thing, I would understand, things happen. This has happened before. The good thing was, the salesman that sold me the car came over when I was having a heated discussion with the advisor and saw all of it. I told the advisor to put everything back together, I was taking it somewhere else to have it repaired. After all of that, the advisor shows me the Multi-Point Inspection Report and tells what I'll need at 60000 miles. Do you honestly believe I'm going to bring it back there? Are you mental? When I got home I looked at the report again and noticed the section under brakes, had check marks in the column under "May Need Future Attention". Why are you telling me I need pads if that's the case? I've purchased 8 Nissan vehicles since 1995. I will probably buy more but never, ever again at Team Nissan. It's too bad because I really liked one of the sales guys there but the biggest part is....................... service after the sale.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic check and was charged what I thought was a very high fee $130 for just a diagnostic check. So, I called a dealer in my former nearby state and was quoted less than half the price. I called a local Nissan competitor dealer and was quoted under $100. The quoted repair price was also over $200 more than the local Nissan competitor. When I mentioned the numbers to the service manager, he rudely responded about his great retention rate and ended with, "So, don't tell me my prices are high." That was after he denied knowing his competitors' rates, so it only reinforced the arrogance, rudeness, and inanity of his comment. So does his retention rate exclude people with a warranty who don't care about the cost? The others I met in the service staff were quite nice. The courtesy ride home they provided was with an older driver who didn't wear a seat belt or use turn signals. It was nervous ride home for me that I couldn't wait to end. I made sure my wife drove me back to pick up my car. So the moral is that if your money matters to you, call around before just showing up at this
dealer. Lesson learned!

Wonderful sales team, Had Rob and Ron, both very knowedgeable and friendly. I think this has to be the least stressful experience I have even had purchasing a vehicle. I was suprised because I went in, told them exactly what I wanted and exactly what I could afford, there was no haggling and they got me exactly what I wanted. What a great experience, I would do it all over again in a second!

The sale went fine, financing a breeze...service a royal pain. Engine light comes on; no follow up calls on repairs or status! Told that "people tell us just fix it" without asking what is wrong or for an estimate?! Sorry for my half of this repair, I'd like a cause and estimate! I felt they were putting a 30-day warranty repair on ME. They have a 50/50 on used cars and they were weaseling out of their part of the deal! Very slimy...I agree with other reviewers. Stay away.

Recently traded car for a preowned on the lot. We were able to negotiate a very fair deal for both parties. Other than this, not much positive to say about the experience: After we chose the car, during the appraisal and negotations, sales rep may have spent three minutes tops with me...I was left waiting for about half hour while the "approved" the sales price. It would have been nice to have rep update me on status, etc.

Once the deal was made, I returned later, as they had to recondition vehicle. I made a call to give a heads up when I would return. Upon walking in, rep was not friendly (hardly looked up), still filling out paperwork that could have already been done hours earlier. It took almost one hour until I was asked to see finance. (who by the way, was GREAT....very efficient and thorough), During this wait to see finance, again, rep may have spent a couple minutes with me and never gave a clear update....I waited for too long without any clear indicate of the hold up from rep.

Here is the kicker: upon leaving, rep brought car out front and met me there. I asked if rep could go in and check on a warrantly-realted question I had forgotten to ask. This seemed to be a burden....rep came back a few minutes later and answered my question....rep essentially turns around goes inside and does not thank me, shake my hand or acknowledge the business I gave them. My feeling that once I had signed, the commission was already made and that rep had no use for me!

Bottom line: fair pricing, but sales rep basically leaves you high and dry once the deal has been made...certainly no appreciation for you as a customer.

Car was in for repairs and had the automatic trans fluid changed per their recommendation because they said it was dirty. $175.00. Three months later and only 3K miles, had gone in for another service and was told the same thing. I asked how long it should be between changes and was told 30,000 miles. I wondered if they really changed it. They told me they check the fluids and then check the history of the car to see if they changed it and said they did not see anything on their records. UNTIL, I told them that they just changed it 3K miles ago. Then all of a sudden, they found it. Oh yeah! Here it is. I dont think they changed it.
I recently went in for a mirror to be changed. (They fold in electronically). Was told its under warranty, which I knew because I purchased the warranty from them and it is in the agreement as being covered. After they changed it, they told me it was not covered. $500.00 mirror. Told me my policy does not cover the mirror. I refused to pay it and had to come back the next day with my warranty info. It was covered.

I picked up my truck from service and on the bill it stated that the engine air filter failed. I asked about this and informed them that the air filter was just changed by myself three days before the truck went into their facility. They didn't have any comment on it. Overall i never bring my truck back to the dealer for anything, but this was a warrenty item and I don't think i'll buy another vehicle from them.

I walked at Nissan dealership in Manchester, NH on Saturday July 11, 2010 with anticipation to purchase a used vehicle. When I asked for help from one of the 4-5 customer service representatives sitting at the lobby- I was completely ignored. Until a nice blond lady-which I take is a supervisor- appointed one of the man to attend to me.
The impression I received was because I look African, then I am probably not a ??qualified? buyer! Perhaps people of my kind cannot afford to buy cars at such a dealership.
I am not being dramatic here people. I grew up in NH. I am married to an intelligent, loving, white man. And almost all of my close friends are white. Color isn??t an issue to me. Not until I am reminded of my blackness at a legitimate business like Nissan of Manchester.

The experience at this dealership was frustrating. The representative that came out to help was impatient and hasty with us (me and my brother).

I am sorry Nissan, Improve your customer service. Manchester has become a diverse community.
YOU HAVE TO SERVE ALL PEOPLE REGARLESS OF RACE!!

Worst car buying experience i've ever had. I still have my car in service and its been there a week, and i brought it there 2 days after i bought my car, CASH!!!! not financed, so you think i would be treated with some T.L.C. I've even bought cars at scummy used car dealers on the corner and was treated better. Brett is very unprofessional, i brought my car in on a tuesday for service at noon, at 1 the techs told brett he couldnt do anything to my car because it was too hot, brett didnt tell me until 3, because he mysteriously left and didnt get the message so my wife was late to work and that after all that they didnt want to give me a loaner while my car was being service. I GAVE THEM 24,000 CASH FOR A CAR!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Now that my car has been in service for 7 days, they have called me once to tell me how its going. Do not go to this STEALERSHIP

Was sold a used truck (2005 with 70,000 miles) with a bad ball joint that caused the truck to fail inspection. Team Nissan only offering to pay for the fix if we drive the (unsafe) vehicle 150 miles back to the dealership.

Also waited a week for the title to be mailed which meant I couldn't even drive the truck for 6+ days after paying full in cash.

Would never, ever do business with Team Nissan again. I have filed complaints with the BBB, attorney general's office of NH and soon Nissan Corporate.

Buyer beware!

An experience not to be repeated. Service advisor and manager experience was rude and unhelpful across the board. Service concerns with my vehicle were not resolved even after multiple return visits and still remain outstanding. Will not be returning for any further service. Will take other member's recommendation to go to Rockingham Nissan for any future service.

Not recommended.Very aggressive sales tactics. For the first time in my car buying experience, the sales guy actually talked me out of buying anything from him. I was glad to buy the same car model from their competitor.

horrible service people, parts not there when they said ,I even checked with them the day before and the day of my appointment. they assured me the time to complete would NOT make me late for work. I was 1 hour late, prices were very high . I recommend Rockingham Nissan, nice people, good prices and they do not hound you with emails and phone calls re: service.
