Jjj Car Care Svc

I brought my car in and was quoted a certain price for the work...im not a very knowledgable woman in car work but even to me it sounded high. I called 4 other garages and was given estimates over 100$ less there. Needless to say when i told JJJ about it they said it was probably just desperate mechanics needing the work. I went somewhere else and was glad I did!

We called at the last minute needing an oil change and they let us come right in. We were told it would be an hour and we thought for sure it would be longer as they had a ton of cars there, it was a Saturday. needless to say in an hour our name was called and our oil change was done. they also do the little extras that many garages dont do anymore and I thought tyhey were so very friendly and helpful as we had several questions on some problems we were having and they were more than happy to take the time we needed to answer any and all of our questions.

PROS: Great customer service.
CONS: I heard but cant verify several people complain about the prices being high

They have had some turnover and often promise you your car back with an unrealistic time frame (due to the workload they take on) but they offer a shuttle service and do what they can to make your experience positive.
