We recently had a cat of 14 years pass away. It was such a painful thing to go through. It also happened to be the day after Christmas when she passed. I called Northeast Veterinary Services, and right away the technician( I believe her name was Laurie) was outstanding. She was compassionate throughout the entire process. When I arrived, she had all of my paperwork ready, and even came out to take my cat inside so I didn't have to . A week later, I received a thoughtful card in the mail.
As any pet owner knows, the loss of an animal is never easy. I can honestly say with all of my heart that thanks to Northeast Veterinary, the process was so much easier.
Thank you for having such a compassionate staff. There are no words to describe how helpful they are.

Let me tell you about my experience with Dr. Tierney of Northeast Veterinary Association of Belmont N.H.
I Had just lost my best of 13 years that was a westy to a pack of coyotes in the morning
I noticed that my other best friend a lab had his dew claw hanging off his hind leg
I called northeast Veterinary Association at 4:45 pm to discuss what i should do
I introduced my self, as i have been a long time customer
I was told that all i needed to do was cut it off, seeing it was just hanging by a tread and i and the dog would be all set.
I asked if i could come in to have them do it, they said if you could be here very soon that would be ok
My son and I rushed over to Northeast Veterinary Association to be greeted by a nurse.
In comes Dr. Tierney to look at problem, i had explained about my other dog that had the episode with the coyotes earlier in the day, I received NO response from the HEARTLESS DR. TIERNEY
I asked HEARTLESS DR TIERNEY what the purpose of a dew claw he
turned to me and my son with no expression and said it was to" pay for his boat payment". He then started with the dog and pony story that the dog would need surgery to remove the do claw that it would have to be knocked out and surgically removed. I asked how much that would cost i was told around $600.00 He then said that it would be a good idea to clean his teeth at the same time since he was going to be knocked out. I asked how much i was told around $300.00 but they would offer a $50.00 discount if i did it at the same time.
I was handed a bill for $87.00 for visit
I asked for a Written estimate for the cost of tomorrows surgery. I was told it would take about 15 minutes to create estimate. I said i would wait she said it would be better if i called you back, i agreed
My wife received a call from office, she had told her that i was a little upset with the prices. She told her that they would reduce the price to $450.00 And that i should be in office at 7:30 am next day for procedure to have HEARTLESS DR. TIERNEY perform his boat payment procedure.
I brought the dog the next day to another vet , Paid $60.00 for procedure
I WILL NEVER GO TO NORTHEAST VETERINARY ASSOCIATION
and let HEARTLESS DR TIERNEY take a dime from money
I would NOT recommend this veterinary clinic to my worst enemy

I have been a Lab breeder for nearly 15 years and found the world??s best vet 4 years ago. Dr. Tierney of Noreast Veterinary Associates keeps up with current animal treatments and practices Evidenced-based treatment. Not only is he an amazing veterinarian, but also a great man. As a client who frequently brings in new liters to get checked out, I feel I could call Dr. Tierney at any time for advice on my dogs or about any concerns I have. I receive continuous comments on by dogs, which I owe all to the care provided by Dr. Brian Tierney.

If it was possible I would give Dr. Tierney a 10 star rating! His veterinary skills are unmatched, and I can not recommend another veterinarian that could even come close to comparing to his expertise. Not only does he seem to care about my dogs just as much as me, but he also provides the finest quality of care to my beloved Darcy and Mimzy. I am amazed during every visit his ability to connect with my dogs. The staff at Noreast Veterinary Associates also goes above and beyond to check in between visits.

Let me start by saying I love animals and especially dogs. For 6 years my best friend and companion was a dog named Ruby. She cuddled with me everynight and greeted me with a wagging tail and kisses everytime I came home. She had one litter of puppies when she was younger, and my Dad decided he would try to get one more.

She got extremely lethargic, and started bleeding from her privates excessively. My dad and I were so worried, but Brian Tierney just waved him off and told him it was his fault for trying for a litter of puppies, even though my Dad asked multiple times if it was safe to breed her.

It turns out that my best friend Ruby had Pyometra and not only did Brian Tierney fail to act fast he showed no compassion or guilt for just allowing this disease to kill her. I'm only 19 years old. A couple days before we finally had to put her down, I read up on diseases for female dogs and stumbled upon it almost immeadiately.

However Dr. Tierney didn't mention anything about it despite the best treatment for Pyometra being QUICK action with an emergency spay, which would have been no problem to save my best friend. Instead he let me watch my dog sit on the couch in Septic Shock for more than a week. As a veterinarian he must have been aware of the seriousness of Pyometra but he let us sit in the dark having no idea how to help her.

So with my 5th ammendment right I tell anyone reading this with a female dog. Pyometra is a very serious disease and you should be on the lookout because it can kill your dog very quickly. And the heartless, spineless, and brainless veterinarians out there like Brian Tierney.
