My husband and I have made 99 our favorite place. BUT - we always sit at the bar, whether we're eating or just having a beer or two. The waitresses at the bar know us by name, know what we order (food AND drink) and chit-chat with us whenever we're there, asking us "personal" things, such as have we been racing lately (since they actually listen to us and know our hobbies). We've seen pictures of their kids - and in one case even saw one of their babies. Although I can't speak for the wait staff throughout the seated restaurant area, I can tell you that we've never had a bad meal there (the prime rib is awesome) and we almost always end up talking with someone else who's seated at the bar. I don't think we've ever left there without making a new friend or two. The bar area ROCKS - as do April, Diane, Erin, and Amber, our favorite bartenders. Give the bar area a try; hopefully you'll like it as well as we do!

I like this resturant for it's convience of getting to, the food is ok, nothing to write home about, but it always seems to be a busy place. The waitstaff are polite, but sometimes take too long to get back to us when we are looking for a refill on coffee, or drinks.

Every time I have been, I have had a bad experience. There are several 99's in other towns that are great, but this one is terrible. The food order always comes out wrong and the service is horrible. I ordered a margarita once and they couldn't make it right. The waiter was very derogatory and when I finally asked for water, he checked back on us and asked if my water tasted like water or if he could get me something else. He was very rude and we wrote the corporate offices, we got a short letter and a gift card for $10. I will be giving that away to someone else, because I won't use it!

As the title of my review states, the is my son's favorite place to eat. And I really don't understand why because the food just isn't very good. I keep trying new menu items hoping upon hope I'll find something I like so I can eat there with my little one and be happy. But so far I don't like much on the menu. I do have to say that for the most part the wait staff at this 99 is excellent. And if you call ahead you will be seated very quickly.
