We have used Rainbow Art & Fraiming many times and have never recieved anything but outstanding service. I had a show in August and all of the prints were done with time to spare When I was hanging the Photographs in the Gallery for the Show I broke a piece of glass it damaged the mat. Brian fixed the glass and replaced the mat the same day so I would be able to have the Photograph in the show. I have had many things framed in the last 30 years and you would hard pressed to find that kind of service from anyone. They also framed the press release for no cost to myself.. they are also always willing to help you pick the proper mats anf right size for your particular artwork. My show would not been the sucess that it was without Brians help. thier prices are fair although some people think that they are high as they are compairing them to department stores, they have many more mats and frames to choose from. the. the quality is second to none. I would highly recomend them.

Let me start out by saying if you are having something framed and you need it within a reasonable time period ....its NOT going to happen here. On top of that you will be treated as though they are doing you a huge favor by framing your portrait! Their prices are extremely high. We had a very expensive portrait of our son that we wanted to have framed and hung as a focal point in our living room. We picked out the frame (it took over 90 minutes to make the right choices). We were given an estimated due date of 3 weeks. Just over two weeks later my husband went in hoping they might have finished it a few days early but it wasn't complete. Two days later my husband is thinking we are getting the call saying its complete only to find out that the frame parts had not even arrived yet and that they were on back order. No courtesy of an earlier phone call to let us know that the 3 week due date would now be pushed out to maybe 8 weeks or longer. Brian offered to frame it in a similar frame and said we could have that temporarily until the one we selected came in. We agreed - he called his supplier said the frame would be in on Saturday and that he would have it for us to pick up during the week. I waited until Thursday - thinking that was a reasonable amount of time to frame this piece and gave them a call. Once again I was told Oh, that's still not in it went on the truck to Georgia. Once again no courtesy call to the customer letting us know that again we would have to wait. I mentioned to Brian that I was having a gathering at my home and was hopeful to have that hanging on our wall for the occasion. He rudely told me that I did not notify him that I was having a function at my home and then had the nerve to question me as to if I was really having a gathering or not. He also told me that he didn't feel that I had ever had any custom framing work done in my life time. I guess he gathered this information based on the fact that I was upset that both times we were told we would have a finished product in hand only to be let down each time. His wife is just as difficult to deal with and in fact rudely dismissed my husband from the store when we went to get our portrait and our very substantial down payment back to have framed elsewhere. There is no doubt that just a little common courtesy and just a bit of communication would have made this unpleasant business transaction a bit more tolerable. We never got an apology either.. I would NEVER go back there and as I look on line I have found that there are many custom frame shops in the Nashua area and surrounding towns. Save your time and hard earned money folks. Unfortunately this day and age you can get treated poorly in other establishments without having to pay hundreds of dollars for it!

We've had three items framed at Rainbow Art & Framing, several prints and our wedding diploma. Without question, the folks over there are extremely knowledgeable in the design and have done an exemplary job with the actual framing. Very satisfied with the product, pricing and service. Thanks Rainbow Art & Framing!

This is a small frame shop which is conveniently located in the Home Depot plaza. The first time we brought our artwork there, the ruined the print. They ordered a new one at their expense and did a great job framing it but we did not get the framed artwork for 6 months from the time we dropped it off. They gave us a free gift certificate so we brought something else (not as valuable) to be framed. They left bumps in the backing - metal pieces that are suppose to fold over. My husband ripped the paper backing off and folded them over so the picture would lay flat but we will not go back to this shop. It is also on the pricey side.

This store is conveniently located next to the Pheasant Lane Mall and the Home depot. I had my wedding invitation framed at this location. The sales associate was very helpful picking out a frame that matched my invitation. There were so many to choose from. I think they did a great job - everyone always compliments me when they see it.
