Only place in town that could replace the side view mirror of my car that was taken out by a chunk of ice from a truck. Did it same-day.
Also washed by car before giving it back to me.
I have taken my car to Banks numerous times for repairs and they really have a great service department. And it is large so they get you in quickly for repairs. I like the fact that they have a shuttle van if you live in the area or you can get a loaner if the repairs go longer than a day. I actually got a new Cadillac as a loaner car a few years back
