Al's Automotive & Truck

i broke down on rt.101 and the state police man recommened al's to tow my car. well the tow truck driver showed up within 20 min and was extreamly helpfull. he offered to tow my car back to their garage and check with his office and was able to lend me a free loaner car. i can't say enough good things. they had my car fixed the next day. (it was the water pump) and the bill was resonable. i would recommend this shop to all. they are great people!!! 5 stars

I JUST MOVED TO TOWN A FEW MONTHS AGO, AND I HAD CAR TROUBLE. A FRIEND RECOMMENDED AL'S TOWING SO I MADE A CALL. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER DECISION. I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE DRIVER TOW MY VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE WORK UNTIL THE DRIVER TOLD ME THAT AL'S COULD PREFORM THE SERVICE AS WELL AS GIVE ME A FREE LOANER VEHICLE. I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A SHOT, AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. THE SERVICE MANAGER KEPT ME UP TO DATE AT EVERY STEP WITH THE PRICE OF WORK AND WHAT HE RECOMMENDED. HE ALSO HAD DIGITAL PICTURES OF THE WORK TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS BEING DONE, AS WELL AS SAVING ALL THE PARTS THAT WERE CHANGED TO SHOW ME THE CONDITION. MY VEHICLE WAS FIXED WITHIN A DAY. I WILL TAKE BOTH MY VEHICLES TO AL'S AND RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO ANYONE IN THE EXETER AREA. THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT AL'S.

PROS: PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING, REASONABLE PRICING
CONS: EXTREMELY BUSY-MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!

want to pay alot of money and have nothing fixed, thats what they do here. i brought my car here told them what i wanted done, ok easy enough. well i pick up my car, pay them and find out nothing was fixed. if i could give lower than 1 star i would.
