Hired Tina from My Handyman for to tack up a modular shower enclosure, which we already bought and had on site--3 hour job. One destroyed floor, cabinet, and 16 billed hours (at $89/hr) later, the kid she sent (inexperienced, messy, lazy), said "my husband could finish up installing the showerhead, etc, when he got out of work" since it was now Friday and he was "done." My bill: over $1,400, since they charge TWICE the rate of a professional finish carpenter, but send whoever they can get. Worse of all, Tina isn't budging on the bill! So much for all the "guarantees" Everything on the web site is pure marketing; don't believe a word.

We used My Handyman to replace some windows and trim. The job was well done but certainly was not cheap. We supplied the materials so we could be sure the window quality was exactly what we wanted for the cold winters here, because we were "taken" by other window replacements by other companies in the past. No problem with this one.
