This is a standard B&B with awesome rooms, comfy beds, and all in a great location. It's in the heart of downtown Exeter, right next to the Ioka theatre, lots of shops, parks, restaurants, library, etc. The owner is friendly and so are the pets. The breakfast is also excellent.
