We used this agency to get a free sales estimate of our home and very surprised at how professional the agent we worked with was. The estimate presentation they gave us had a large list of market comparisons based on listing prices and sale prices and time on the market which is great to have. And there was no great pressure form the agent to list our house through them. Although I liked the agent so much we probably will list with them. The only draw back I see is that this agency does not lower the commission rates based on the sale price of the house.
