I was in an accident and had my car towed from the scene. I walked into the body shop, which was clean and everyone was so friendly and nice. They called to get me a rental,, which was there in ten minutes.....before I even finished

Prestige is the best body shop. Awesome staff. So helpful. Jim and Donna went above and beyond. I drove all the way from Mass to go to Prestige. Read the reviews and it the excellent reviews do not do it justice. Would highly recommend

I can't say enough about my experience. I was greated by friendly, professional people and treated really well. They delt with my insurance company and got me a rental, which I picked up from them (they had it waiting for me) and when my car was done, I left the rental with them. It was so easy. They had someone walk me out and walk around my car and showed me the repair and even gave me a guarentee. I was so impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service and quality work. I was thrilled.

I think my repair looks great. People were friendly and helpful. I have never used them before but will if I need a body shop again. I feel they are top in their class for body work. I have done work like this in the past so I know a bit about it and I could find nothing wrong and they cleaned my truck, which was a mess. My wife wanted to kill me that I didn't do it before dropping it off. It looks awesome and I am really happy. Thanks Prestige!!!!

It was my first time at Prestige. I was upset that I had to be there in the first place, never mind my mother was in the hospital. While I was waiting for my scheduled appointment for the repair I actually recieved an 'encouragement' card from Prestige. I was so impressed with the compasion they showed me as well as the professionalism while I was getting my estimate that I feel this is the best body shop in the state of New Hampshire. I read a some positive feedback on line and decided this was the place I was going to bring my car. They made it as easy as possible on me. They were so informative and helpful, I can't say enough about the customer service. I just had a baby and wanted to make sure I would be getting back a safe vehice. I have a Toyota Carolla and come to find out Toyota uses Prestige for all their NH repairs. I got my car back and it was perfect. I was so happy with the repair and they even warranty their workmanship. They really are a great place. I would say the best body shop in the area.

I had gone to Prestige for an estimate. I was in the process of getting three. When I got to Prestige they were very pleasant. I noticed while I was waiting for my estimate that there was a young lady filling the candy and chip dishes and was using a black pale. I asked where she got the pale (bucket) and she didn't know, it has been there. I needed a bucket for my sons Halloween costume. When I told them that I was looking for one but was unsuccessful and he needed it.....she offered it to me. I then went and bought another one (white) and replaced it. They laughed at me for running out to get it. I immediately scheduled my car to be repaired there. I have never been treated in such a nice, thoughtful way. They have a customer for life with me. My sons costume looked great. Oh, by the way.....so did my repair. What a great job. They sure know what they are doing in auto body repair and even more about customer service. One happy customer.??

Fixed Operations Manager of a high line luxury brand and have been in this business for many years. In those years I have done business with many body shops and Prestige is by far the best body shop I have ever dealt with. My dealership refers all of our customers to Prestige as well as our employees because of the quality of work and the expertise of the technicians employed there. I never have to worry about any "stories" once I send a vehicle there and our vehicles are always ready on time unless held up by an insurance company awaiting further authorization( which is totally out of the body shop's control). Their customer service skills are supurb and they really care about making their customer's happy !! Honesty and integrity are not as prevalent in business today but Prestige Auto Body displays these attributes month after month. I highly recommend them !!

On that occasion my driver's side door was smashed in. Immediately I knew that Prestige would be the one to get my car back to new again; in fact, I went that day to get an estimate for the repairs. However, a couple of months later I noticed that halfway down the driver's side it changed color. For a while I thought it was a shadow and when I realized it wasn't, I told myself to let it go because it wasn't that big a deal. And so that brings us to December 2009. After over a year, I decided that the color difference really bothered me. Even though I thought it would be an absurd request, I contacted you to see if anything could be done after such a long period of time. I was very appreciative when you said you'd take a look, even more so when you said you would do your best to remedy the situation. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Not only was the paintjob flawless, but in addition, you fixed a dent in the door that I was honestly expecting you to paint over. To top it off, the interior had been cleaned spotless as well. I am still almost speechless at how great you made my car look. You truly are top of your class in the auto body industry. I can't thank you enough for the exceptional services I received, but I can promise that I will never, could never even consider visiting another auto body shop for as long as I live in New Hampshire. The nice people in the office called the rental company and had them at Prestige in about ten minutes. They went over the length of the repair and informed me that my insurance company was a non direct and they would have to come out to look at the damage. They notified me a few days later that my insurance still had not been out. I called and let them know that they need to get out to look at my car. Prestige got the parts and my insurance company wanted them to repair something and Prestige said it needed to be replace and finally after a nice talk with my insurance company they did have it replaced which Prestige did the right thing. They let me know that my car was done and could return the rental right at Prestige. This was so convenient. The repair was flawless. I was walked out by the estimator who went over the repair and made sure I was happy before driving off. Of course I was. Needless to say, I changed insurance companies because they did not work with me or Prestige the way I expected them to. I had a great experience with them. I have had the worst experience with this company, 2 years ago my Honda was in their shop for repairs after a car t-boned me, not only did they have my car for 2 months, doing nothing, when I finally got it back, there was more damage to it then before: scratches and fading in new paint, fuel door wouldn??t close, fabric on inside roof hanging down, rubber around driver door off, rattle in back window, back arm rest broken, corner of front inside panel cracked, window tint they replaced was wrinkled, bubbled, peeling, cut badly and scratched. I will say that at that point the manager Randy and the owner Dave took car of the car and it was returned a week later the right way, so I figure ok mistakes happen they were willing to fix it. So a few days ago I brought my Mustang GT in because someone rear ended me and I got the car back and to my dismay the paint on the bumper had dirt under the paint, they didn??t even finish painting it, and the BEST PART OF ALL. Someone there dripped something on one of my new expensive rims and tried to buff it off and now I have a shiny spot where the paint used to be. So my boyfriend, who owns the car took it back to them to show them what was wrong and the manager Randy not only refused to claim responsibility for the rim damage but also said to him "Oh big deal the rear end can be repainted, we can fix that, that happens all the time" Like its ok to give a customer poor work and believe its ok to inconvenience them to have to come back to have the work fixed, get a rental and such. So of course he was upset because Randy considers that to be customer service, she also said "well you should have just brought it someplace else", we have also left messages for the owner Dave to call and guess who has not call us. So we will have a fight on our hands to get what is fair from these people, Its not about money for the rim, its about owning up to doing making a mistake and taking care of it. Which is called integrity, something they are lacking. So for all of you out there looking for your vehicle to be taken care of right the first time and for you to be treated with respect and care DON??T GO TO PRESTIGE AUTO BODY.

And most places charge nothing to 10$ to quote the damage done to your vehicle. Prestige just quoted me 45$ just to freaken look at the car! That's rediculously INSANE! I'll be sure to tell all my friends about that one. I will never go there now. I can't believe that. What do they think, I can afford anything and everything! Auto Body work is expensive as it is. And they did say they'd deduct the 45$ if I did get the work done there. BUT what if I don't! I don't have insurance. The girl that smacked into me doesn't have insurance. I'm just looking for the cheapest possible fix, because my car is starting to age anyway. I want it to look decent, seeing that I just sunk a grand in to it on other things I fixed. I just can't believe that they were gonna charge me 45$ just to look at it. Unbelievable.
