Edwards Tyler Md - Family Care Farmington

I reported Dr. Calamia to the State of NH Medical Board. My medical records show I was denied accurate information about my records on one occasion. My records also show that upon presentation with untreated diabetes, I told another physician in this practice that I had previously mentioned I believed I was diabetic to Dr. Calamia. Yet Dr. Calamia's records--amazingly--showed no mention or concern about diabetes. I can't say more than I can prove in black and white in their words without risking libel changes, yet there is much more to say. Happy to provide documentation. contact: mattjasper555@hotmail.com

The Doctors really care about the patience, the staff is fantastic also. They make sure that they get to know you. They are understanding and considerate to your needs.
