He calls himself a dentist that specializes in children? This so called "specialist in children's dentistry" told my 7 year old grandson, and in a very abrupt manner, that he was, and I quote, "too old to be afraid of strangers", those were his exact words because my grand child was scared. My grandson is a very nice little boy, that Dr. Ergas, has tainted toward dentist and I'm sure for a very long time. If I could go lower than one star, he'd there. By the way, I have my masters in guess what, children with behavioral issues. This doctor was down right mean to my grandchild.

I've had both of my children with these 2 doctors for the past 10 years. They have always provided excellent care, and my children's teeth look great! I would highly recommend them. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here, because that is certainly not my experience at all.

This was the worst experience that I have EVER encountered at a Dentist!! My child is Seven and the Dr. yelled at him for being scared. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was also rude to me.. My son will now probably be scared of the dentist for the rest of his life.. The dental hygienist on the other hand was very pleasant (thank god) I will be reporting this Dr. He should not be working with children. I am outraged!!

if i could give less than 1 star, i would.
the staff is rude and unprofessional. i witnessed an office lady yell at a customer on the phone for a billing question, she then slammed the phone down and swore "what a pr*ck" (please keep in mind that this is a CHILDRENS' dentist office!)
the dentist is lax and uncaring.
he refused to seal my son's teath because "if they sealed every kid's that's all they would do" there's NO preventative maintainence from that office.
they billed me before services were preformed, i paid the day of services, then they sent me a "collection notice" about 6 months after services were preformed.
PLEASE take my advise and DO NOT bring your child(ren) here. they cause nothing but headaches

This dentist and his staff do not know how to handle children who are scared and upset. The office is dirty, it was difficult to get an apointment, and when I eventually did it was an hour and a half before we were called in. They were rude to us and our children. My children left crying.

This guy should quit while he's ahead. Just look at his reviews. They say it all and I have to agree, I will never go back. My child was traumatized by him and now fears going to the dentist.

These are the most unprofessional and rude employees that I have ever met in a professional setting. My 10 year old son was turned away for emergency care due to me not having my insurance card with me and as a result, my child ended up losing an adult tooth that could have otherwise been saved.

I never had a problem with the actual dentist, but the receptionists are rude and COMPLETELY non customer service oriented. I should have learned the first time when they would not take my oldest for her check up because we were 5 minutes late due to holiday traffic. They wouldn't even discuss it. Now I was told I had to "reschedule" my 4 year olds check up (after I already was in the office) because of an outstanding bill for my oldest! I explained it was under appeal with my insurance due to a mix up. They said I would have to pay since the appeal would take a while. I said ok, but could not pay today. I did not show up for the check up on a Wednesday with $165! So they then told me they wouldn't see my little one until the bill was paid. I could reschedule. I told them do not bother I would find another dentist. BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I feel that the staff and the Dr's are all unprofessional and rude; especially to small children. The dentist often loses his patience with small children who are difficult to soothe and ends up getting frustrated with them and mocks them. I have several friends who have had the same problem with this dentist and we have all switched our children over to a different dental provider. If you are considering going to this office, I have one piece of advice; DON'T! If you do, you will end up regretting it.

This business is owned by a wife and husband team who are absolutly amazing. The husband is a child's dentist, however the wife does orthdontia (braces) for both adults and children. I would recommend them highly. My teeth have never looked better and everyone that works there is very accomodating to your schedule, accept a wide range of dental insurance and stretch out longer payment plans. I have never had an issue with finding an appointment, and they always run on time.

Your first consiltation visit is free and they will discuss the different options that are right for you regarding your dental care.
