do not go to this dental office !!!!!! dirty sticky the the dental asst actually smelled so bad i was shocked ! nothing was safe to touch all dental offices cover items that will be touched witgh a film and its swapped before a new patient comes in and it wasnt no film at all it had smears all over the light i was alone with 2 mine one huge and i was scared .......... not only all of those things but the dental asst was sucking at my face and clothing with the lil thing they clean ur mouth out with ! then said he was glad i didnt have a beard ......... then said wait let me look closer ! i was horrified and im easy going ..... the staff is ghetto to say the least rude every question gets a different answer ... PLEASE CALL A DIFFERENT OFFICE OR ANOTHER DENTIST IM AFRAID YOULL CATCH A DISEASE PLEASE NO KIDS EVER !!!!

Aspen advertises "walk-ins always welcome" I was treated very disrespectfully by their office staff. I feel that they were arrogant and unprofessional. They projected an attitude of contempt. I felt that if their dental work was anything like their reception staff, I would be headed for trouble if I let them look in my mouth. I canceled my appointment and went to another dentist.

I went here because it was the only dentist in town covered by my insurance. I had seen the same dentist since I was a child before this, and had never had a bad dental experience- usually just a quick in and out. I made the appointment at Aspen Dental, assuming I would be getting a cleaning and check-up. I waited for about an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room, then was taken in for an absurd number of X-rays. Then I was taken to an exam room, were I waited for another 40 minutes. When the dentist finally came in, she spent about 30 seconds glancing at my teeth, told me I had two cavities, and sent me out to schedule further appointments. I was in a bit of shock, having never had a cavity in my 30 years, and having never had the dentist examine my teeth without even having them cleaned. I waited a while longer to go in to the scheduling office, and when asked how my appointment had gone, I said I was a little surprised-- I'd expected to have a cleaning. "Oh, no," I was told, getting a look that said I must be crazy, "for the first appointment you get an initial exam." Hardly thinking what I'd had qualified as an exam, I was then told I would need to schedule 2 more appointments-- one for a cleaning, and one to have my "cavities" filled. Having just missed an entire half day of work for this appointment, when I had only planned on about an hour, and not having expected there would be additional appointments, I asked if I could have appointments late in the day or early in the morning to avoid missing much more work. I was rudely told no, because that's what everyone wanted. I scheduled the appointments, and left feeling very uneasy about the whole thing. Half a day spent there, nothing actually accomplished, a cursory exam where I was told I had cavities, and 2 MORE appointments/missed work time. I thought it over, and decided I wanted a second opinion. I found a dentist in another town covered by my insurance, and scheduled an appointment. The experience could not have been more different! The dentist himself did the entire cleaning and exam, because "for the first appointment, the doctor likes to really get to know you and your teeth." After he had spent 30 minutes looking at me teeth, versus the 30 seconds at Aspen Dental he told me I had NO CAVITIES. I'm so glad I didn't let them drill into my healthy teeth! DON"T GO!

My wife went into aspen dental today, and everyone was very nice and sincere. They all treated her with respect and didn't judge her for being seen without her bottoms in. Although she was very embarrassed about it, they just reassured her that she looked fine and it wasn't a big deal, besides they see that everyday. She has had dentures for 3 years now, and just recently she has been in a lot of pain. And since Allcare in Manchester closed, she has had no way to get her permanent set of dentures. So it was very nice to hear that Aspen Dental could do everything they possibly could to help her. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone that we know.
