Butterflies & Bullfrogs

I do not consign with this establishment, but have tried to shop there on occasions. When they were in their old location, I often visited and purchased many items. Upon visiting their new location, I not only found less than satisfactory help...but would arrive during their DISPLAYED business hours, only to find they were always closed. This happened repeated times...my arriving during their posted business hours...with no one there! I've now given up and taken my business elsewhere.

The previous review was submitted because these customers were disapointed that we were unable to take in their clothing because it clothing did not meet our establishments' criteria. We strive to maintain excellent, like new inventory and unfortunately we cannot accept clothing that is otherwise. We feel badly that these customers feel this way and hope they will try us again!

Tried to do business with them, but found them extremely rude, unprofessional and a total waste of my time! I wouldn't use them again under any circumstances!
