Not only does Armadillo's Burritos have great Mexican selection, the portions are generous and delecious. Great tacos and burritos and a unique decor that makes the dining experience relaxing and interesting. And if you don't want to eat indoors you can sit outside and on Main Street and take in the sites and sounds of downtown Keene.
I walk in off scenic downtown, and walk through very relaxing atmosphere, go to the counter and order a steak burrito, good tasting steak, cooked perfectly for under 4 dollars. Great music at night, great simple easy service, budget friendly, stomach approved._ACB Meal Review
Can't beat this place. My kids love Armadillos, they have the best burritos. The quality and quanity are unbeatable and the prices are resonable. Not many high quality Mexican places to go in the area, and we think they are much better than the rest. The new location is beautiful!
My suggestion is bring a friend when you get one of their burritos, unless you are really hungry, because these things are huge!! and packed with great flavor! you can basically create your own as you would like it, or you can choose off them menu, but all come with different choices of meats, beans, veggies, etc. They also have great taco and mexican salads. Its such a cute little shop as well, and the employees are all very friendly.

when they first opened around the corner from amacci's (where blue toad cafe use to be) the burritos were no more then 6 dollars, now a good 4 or 5 years later a bean and rice burrito is close to 7 and thats the less expensive out of the choicies..BUT i still say they are worth the price because it is a good pound of rice and beans (more if you want chicken, steak or any hamburger) the service is excellant and the live music is also cool to listen too...
Pros: a good pound of burrito that is very filling
Cons: gotten expensive over the years...
