Ed came and spoke to us about our ideas on adding a garage and master bed/bath. He was very professional, had lots of paperwork to show us but didn't really listen to what WE wanted. In the end, he came in at $25,000 over the contractor we ended up using. Plus, he had a charge for each change that we made after he started working. That in itself would've cost me a couple $1,000!
