Noreast Landscape Construction & Property Maintenance

These guys are scum of the earth. Installed a large hardscape project and had NO idea what they were doing. No base on the walls, improper stair setting, pavers not set properly. Basically after less then one year it all started falling apart. Walls were leaning over, pavers were popping up, no drainage....the list goes ON and ON.

Nick Orestis filed bankruptcy and never even finished the project. I also heard he didn't even pay the supplier for the product he "stole" from them. They were going to come after ME for the $$. Of course I had all the receipts and canceled checks I paid the Nor'East scums

Bottom line is I am now having it all re-done and costing me 2x the original quote. They are liars, cheats and thieves.

I can not imagine what line of work he is into now but I recommend you stay as far away from him as possible.

Unfortunately, when they get their money, they don't follow through by coming back when they say they are going to. Can't trust them. If you do use them, withhold final payment until the job is done.

PROS:
CONS: Won't do what they say they will do.
