I recently joined Hampstead Health & Fitness and have been delighted with the facility. The best part for me is the Hampstead Health & Fitness Kids Gym. I can workout while my son has his workout. The trainers at the kids gym are knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat and keep the kids coming back for more. The kids gym is a combination of quality equipment, supervised/motivated training and high interest games/electronics. My son loves playing WII with others after his workout (great social activity reward). And I know he's developing a healthy attitude towards exercising.The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of their clients are being met. The equipment is top notch and kept in excellent condition. A varied schedule of classes provides flexibility, fun and challenges. We're fortunate to have a Hampstead Health & Fitness and a superb staff! Karen R.

I have belonged to many gyms in the past but HHF is very friendly,the staff is well informed and very polite. They probably have the best schedule of aerobic classes in the area. It is a pleasure for me to spend part of my day there.

My whole family goes to HHF and we love it! Great atmosphere with real community feel, friendly and approachable staff who really want to please their customers! Good variety of classes and the kids have their own gym! A great way to get the whole family healthy...plus it's clean and there is a playroom for little kids!
