OK, let's all review the other 3 Reviews prior to this one.Doesn't it sound like they are posting the reviews here with the exception of this one.BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!I got totally ripped off buying a 5th wheel camper from them. I was told everything works and it doesn't leak.I bought it thinking that they are an honest family business. That is so far from the truth!!!I took it to a RV dealer near me after Chuck himself came over to fix the slider on it that didn't close all the way. He was going to fix it, bend, with a 2" x 4" piece of lumber... I pointed him the way off my property.Do a very good web search on this family owned place. They will tell you anything you want to hear to sell what I can actually describe as JUNK!I have asked them to settle out of court to take back this JUNK. They have not responded. So off to court we go.I have a business of my own (Aurora Lighting LLC) located in Nashua. If any of my customers should have a problem, I fix it, or they get a full refund.It very evident, that Chuck Smiths Auto, LLC, of Derry, NH does not have the same business ethics. So buyer beware of them.I would also be interested in others that have had problems with them in the past. Look us up and give us a call or email us your experience.Thanks for looking... and do a search on them. I'm sure by posting this, some dirt is going to come about.They do not realise the power of the Internet. I have literally help close down 3 companies by posting bad businesses all over the web.

I found the truck that I was looking for at a very affordable price. Much to my surprise when I went to look at the vehicle it was everything that was advertised and more. The entire staff, which is mostly family is very friendly and laid back. NO pressure! I would definitely consider the purchase of another vehicle from this dealer.

I had been looking for a used car for almost a month and getting extremely frustrated before I tried this place. The lot itself is crowded, and kind of on a weird little hill, but the cars are in good shape, and they don't mind you taking the cars to an outside mechanic to get inspected. They are laid back and won't pressure you or offer you onsolicited advice. I'd buy a car here again.

My family has bought 2 cars from this dealer. He offers the most popular cars at fair prices, after he himself searches them out at auctions. He has a mechanic on hand to fix any problems before the cars leave his lot. Be sure to ask for that service. The week I bought my car the mechanic was on vacation and I was told I could bring the car back for him to fix any problems that might occur. Unfortunately there was an undetected brake problem and as a result I actually had an accident on my drive home from the dealer. There was no body damage, and the dealer did have the mechanic correct the brakes when I returned.
