Mike's Quality Car Care

What an awesome experience. Honest, friendly, highly skilled service people. How often have you left an auto service facility feeling really good about your visit? There was no feeling of being taken advantage of, everything was fully explained to my full understanding before the repair was started and price quoted. No add ons, no upsell. I would highly recommend this shop to everybody, you can't find better auto service anywhere in my opinion.

PROS: Honest, highly skilled and fantastic customer service, Bill is great.
CONS: Hard to find the first time, located behind the Valvoline building.

I went to the quicklube building once thinking it was still Mike's, big mistake. Mike's is only in rear building, outstanding service, go up the hill.

PROS: Extremely honest and highly skilled personnel
CONS: Often confused with poor service from the oil change business in front.

The team at Mike's Quality Care Car have always done an exceptional job with all of my cars. Their service has been outstanding. Recommend Highly. I have been a customer of Mikes for over 10 years. I started when he owned the Oil Change at the bottom of the hill, which has since been sold. I always get great service. Mike's service manger BIll and his team team my cars as if they are their own.

Both my husband and I have taken our cars to this repair shop and have had disasters occur with our cars. I found that the staff is very inexperienced and really doesn't know how to do anyhting except change a car's oil. They have broken parts on both mine and my husbands cars during repair service and then tried to pass off the cost to repir what they broke on us. I do not recommend this place at all.
