They have great equipment and knowledgable staff. The place is always clean and fairly quiet. You can usually exercise in peace, but there's the occasional loud mouth who ruins things. TVs are available to plug in and tune out. They offer classes which are free when you are a member, and there's also physical therapy and massage services. Part of the Exeter hospital.

Excellent for all ages and all stages of physical fitness. Has a wonderful therapy warm pool as well as the traditional lap pool. All kinds of classes. No one looks down on you here no matter how out of shape you are. The attitude is that you are here doing something about it and that is a good thing!

I went here when i broke my foot. they were very nice and sympathetic to what had happened. I had 2 therapist that i dealt with and they were fantastic. they help me out a lot i have full motion back in my foot now. they also try to get you to do as much as you can handle in a day so you can get better fast. the atmosphere is very nice in there. i liked it there so much that i am going to buy a membership.
