While moving out, I replaced a cracked window, gave them the receipt for it, and also rented a rug doctor, repainted everything in the apartment, cleaned everything, the place looked better than it did when I even first saw it.Well, we all pay security deposits for a reason right? To hold our place till we move in, and when we move out, we usually get the security deposit back.WRONG.I get a letter saying, after I had lived there for over a year, that I am getting TWO DOLLARS BACK!from interest?does that make sense? Well I called them up and asked what was going on.They told me I had missed a month and that they used my security deposit to pay it.Why was I not notified of this ahead of time? Instead while i really am counting on getting it back, I am told this, and not to mention the woman was extremely rude to me on the phone.I look again at the letter, and notice that one time I was late to pay and instead of them charging it for the month I was paying for, she put it in the computer for next month, so her typo cost me my security deposit.I won't ever go through them again.Learn how to do your job, and you might want to try and be a bit nicer, being rude was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.

My wife and I have rented several apartments and homes from Peloquin Management and have always had the utmost of professionalism . Proir to utilizing their extended list of Manchester rentals, we contacted numerous other real estate companies. We were consistantly advised to contact Peloquin Management for the greatest availability of rental units. The staff was great and the choices were the most affordable. Strongly recommend!!!

Peloquin Property Management is horrendous!!! i have called them on q few occasions.on all occasions the receptionist and manager were completely rude and ignorant. my bathtub was not draining and it was almost overflowing due to a leaking faucet, they told me someone would hopefully be out in a few day. when i asked what i should do until then they told me to bail it out every hour!! Then i had no hot water for 5 days and they were so rude and told me i would have to deal with it. now once again i have no hot water. i called the emergency line 6 hours ago and i still have not heard anything from them!! im not holding my breathe!

This property management group seems to own half of Manchester. They send out an agent to show the apartment and then they drop the bomb...the pricing is ridiculous! They wanted to check everything about us, including blood type it felt like. Not to mention the agents are wicked snobby and think they everything they show is the Taj Mahal, NOT! They stand there and lie straight to your face! I had one agent tell me that the stairs had just been repaired and repainted, only to walk to the stairs, grab the railing and nearly fall off because the railing came off!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this management company unless you are independantly wealthy and don't mind living in a dump they hastily repainted to make it look presentable!
