I just had four custom double-hung windows installed into my 1950's home in Laconia by Glass Walls owner Mike. From the initial phone call until the work was completed he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. The work turned out great, and he went above and beyond to ensure that things were sealed and insulated properly.
In response to the previous reviewer, their double-hung windows are not built in the shop, but ordered through a supplier like with any window of that type. The lead time of 6-8 weeks is typical for manufacturing and shipping. The contractor cannot be faulted with that. Also, glass can scratch when removing stickers and adhesives depending on the cleaner and or blade you use to do so. I suggest asking questions to get informed about the product you are purchasing next time.
Highly recommend this contractor for custom glass work and window installations.

Glass Walls in Raymond NH also part business of Raymond building supply. They build custom made window and window frames. I called them needed 2 windows replaced that were older windows. They said it would take 8 weeks for replacement windows to be built in house at there shop. There windows are built cheap and the aluminum frames are of poor quality as well as the glass came with lots of scratches on it. The windows are over priced for starters and poorly built. I now have 2 new crooked scratch windows in my entry hall. The owners Mike Walls said that the scratches did not come from the making of the windows but when the window sticker was removed here. Just needed to vent here since this is a review I give them a poor review and will no longer recommend other to them.
PROS:
CONS: Over priced & poor quality
