Dunn's plumbing and heating returned the call in about 5 min. and was at my house about 30 min. later to look at the job. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he went right to work. shortly after he showed me what caused the problem, and how he would fix it. When he was done he completly cleaned up the area.
fast, efficiant and fair price. Well done!

This contractor was quick to respond to my inquiry. The nature of the repair was not replacement but removal of a small piece of rubber washer that had lodged itself, somehow restricting hot water flow to my bathroom shower. Although I am not familiar with current, minimum hourly rates for plumbing services, I thought that maybe $300.00 was a little excessive for this particular job.

Ken did a great job! We had a problem with the fixturebut Ken was not satisfied until he was able to fix the problem and complete the job. I woul absolutely use Ken again.

Ken and his guys were terrific! They remodeled my bathroom in the time frame they gave, and within the estimate they quoted. They were at my house when they said they would be, and they finished the job when they said they would! The guys left my home neat and clean each day they worked. I would hire them again for future projects!

Professional in every sense of the word...timely, explained our problems and how to solve them...we set a date to complete the repairs and he was in and out in no time and did a fabulous job. Two very important things...he didn't charge me a fortune and he called me back in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him again and again.
