Rag Shop

I only go here when I really need to. The fabrics they carry are sub-par in my book, but for crafts and for quick projects, this is close for me to shop at. Their sales are pretty good, but I've found that if I go mid-week, they don't have anything left. They are open on Sundays (a rarity in this county) so that's a plus. There is always a line for fabric cutting, and the fabric really isn't organized that well. The staff does try, but I think there are too few of them that really know what they're doing. On a Saturday afternoon, it can be hard to get to (between the traffic on the main street) to the crowded lot.

While individual members of the sales staff seem to try their best, each time I shop this store (which I do regularly because of its convenient location) I find myself frustrated by a cluttered layout, inadequate lighting, and very long checkout lines.
Prices are good, especially on sale items, and the selection in most crafts is good - provided you can find what you are looking for, which is often not the case. A for effort, C for ambiance.

PROS: price, selection
CONS: clutter, huge checkout lines, lighting
