I recently moved back to NJ after living out of state for several years and I ate at The Pittstown Inn for the first time since the reopening several years ago. I had a great meal, enjoying a swordfish special and a white bean soup. Food was delicious, my server David was very attentive and the restaurant just had a great feel. I will be eating at The Pittstown Inn often for sure!

Have been to the Pittstown Inn many times, and seen many different owners. The most recent one has done a nice job with the decor and the food is very good. The prices are moderate. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice. Recommended.

The outside was very inviting; the staff friendly; the service good; the food only average. I have had better in local dinners for one-tenth the price. It was extremely expensive! Fancy names on ordinary food for outrageous prices. If you have money to waste or you're looking to impress someone as a big spender, then go there. But if you are looking for a good meal, choose some where else. It was not worth it.

If you're looking for dining with a New York flare you've found the place. I believe that's the look the owner was after and I think he accomplished just that. I've been here for both casual and special events and each time the food was fabulous along with the service! There is also outside dining which is a nice plus!

I've only been there twice and both times was disappointed in the food. The atmosphere is great, ample parking, easy to find, dinner is pricey ($50 per person), nice place to meet up with friends for a cocktail. The menu is limited but has choices across many different ethnic backgrounds. I can't speak to any of the seafood menu items, but the pork and chicken were overcooked. I had the soup of the day, which was excellent, and the service was great. A friend of mine is a regular patron and speaks highly of this restaurant, unfortunately, I can't agree with that opinion.
