The X-Ray technician called me by my last name to which I replied politely, "Excuse me?". Mr. Michael X. I replied, "Yes.". The tech replied with major attitude, "THAT'S WHAT I SAID!". I shook my head. The tech said, "I don't like your attitude. Do you want somebody else to take your x-rays?" I replied, "WTF is wrong with you?". He stated, "I didn't serve 10 years in the army to have people talk to me that way. Do you want to take this outside?". The tech "explained" the situation to the dentist. The receptionist asked if he would treat me. Dr. Saltzberg replied, "If he can behave".

I was over it at this point. I demanded my records to be returned as they still hadn't provided me with any services. The refused. I insisted that they shred the records in my presence, they obliged. I called my insurance co to avoid a fraudulent claim.

Needless to say, this was my first and my last visit to this "dentist". I have never been treated by anybody in the medical profession in this way. How does this dentist remain in business??

The office was filthy. The administrative staff was rude. It was just a terrible experience.

I went to Dr David Saltzberg Wenger yesterday to get check up and start having cavities filled, and then major work on my teeth including gum care.

The doctor was very interested in starting the gum care work, but refused to fill my cavities. I responded ??I have to walk around with holes in my teeth in the meantime?? He gleefully chuckled ??yeah?

I told him that??s insane. Why would I want my teeth with cavities to decompose to the point they will become root canals?

Since he refused I walked out of his office; his filth plagued office which contained so much dust and dirt it is by far the most unsanitary environment ripe for the spreading of germs and bacteria, not to mention a real fire hazard due to tons of paperwork lying around.

I thought of all that, and my fear to be in his office as I gazed in to a light with the lens cracked, glass missing and open.

Needless to say while x-rays were taken, he did not provide any work I requested, but did want to get a cleaning in, probably for billable purposes. I refused and walked out since my primary concern was my cavities.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS DENTIST IF HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO BILL.

i visited dr. youngworth(dont remember correct name),due to infection but he did floride treatment without asking me n charged my insurance as adult cleaning
they charged me $50 as my deductable while there was no deductable applicable on that visit(told by my insurance)
he did not write antibiotic usage days on my presciption (it is doctor duty)n never respond my call, the lady always behave very rude over call
these r major things happend to me during visit,
plz never visit this group if u think tht ur time n money is important to u
n waiting time was 2 hr after appointment n treatment time hardly few minutes

after waiting for 3 hours to be seen and i had a appointment for 110clock didnt get in to see the surgeon un til 2;0clock.. i regret ever going there.. the sugeon was very inconsiderate.. he was rough and didnt seem to care what you said or reacted i was in pain while i sat there crying my eyes out... had to ask him to please stop he was hurting me so bad... he seemed angry and didnt care.. i would never ever recommned this butcher house again to anyone.... ...

Overall, the quality of the dentistry is good. However, the way they manage the dental practice is a good 30 years out of date. No records are computerized! As a result, all billing, insurance claims, and patient history are done by hand using paper files. Since this is a big practice, misplaced files, bad billing, mis-recorded appointments, etc.... are commonplace. Furthermore, they chronicly overbook appointments so that you have to wait at least an hour or two past your given time in an overflowing waiting room before you can actually see the dentist!

It is unfortunate that Drs. Davis, Saltzberg, and Wenger have staff with such poor attitudes! I could not even stay on the phone long enough to make an appointment.
