I called on 4/2 for an appointment. I had to fight to make an appointment as they kept saying " just walk in ". I needed a haircut and a consult for my wedding day haircut. I finally got an appointment on 4/4 for 2:30. I get there at 1:30. I informed the girl at the reception desk that I had a 2:30 appointment and if maryann could see me earlier that would be great. I was informed that maryann had only one person in front of me and she was in the chair. I waited for 40 minutes. Meanwhile I watched the other stylists do each others hair. Now my stylist gets done with the lady in the chair but somebody walks in with out an appointment, I was sitting right next to the check in desk when the client said she had no appointment. Maryann goes to the check in desk and says just put Macy in. This girl looked sounded like a friend of the maryann's. Now the girl who just walked in at 2:10 without an appointment gets seen before me at 2:15. At this point I go up to the desk and ask if anybody else can see me as maryann just took a wash, cut and blowdry on the walkin that is going to take at least 20 minutes. I had an appointment at 2:30. I walked up the girl at the counter and asked how long it would be. She said your appointment is at 2:30 so come back at 2:30. I then asked if anybody else can see me. Three hairdressers out of the 4 said "we have appointments coming in". I was then informed AGAIN that I was to come back at 2:30. My question is "why take a walkin when at 2:15 when your 2:30 has been sitting there since 1:30?" I am a faithful customer of hair cuttery. I was going to bring my whole bridal party there for the wedding day to be cut and styled. What would happen on my wedding day? A walkin comes in who happens to be a friend of a hairdresser walks in and they would see them first?????

Hair Cuttery is usually a good place to get hair services performed. But I must say that this one is terrible. I went for a deep conditioning and trim. First the women who took care of me rudely complained that she needed to take her lunch break. After she washed my hair she grabbed a towel from a work station and announced that there weren??t any clean towels! When she said that I looked around and noticed the place wasn??t well kept. (I needed a trim so bad that I stayed to endure what I??ll describe next.) Then I sat at her station and let her try to brush my curly hair. She put the palm of her hand against the back of my head and pulled straight down with the brush! When I stopped her and did it myself she was surprised! If I let her continue there would have been more hair in the brush than on my head! Just when I thought it couldn??t possibly get worse she didn??t just trim my hair. The stylist cut a different style! I was so upset and couldn??t change a thing.
