I was in the Mall with my family today for our christmas shopping season.
I asked my children to take their cameras and also promised them to have a good time with the decorations and the seasons spirit that we usually have in your mall every year.
To our great surprise, none of that existed at all. none!!!! No decoration, no joy, no spirit and no nothng. It wass realy realy strange. We were all disappointed. We only spent less than 1/2 hour there and had to leave to another mall where we can shop and spend much better time enjoying this holiday season..
Can any one in charge of the mall give me a reasonable explanation.

My husband and I visited your Newport Mall location on Black Friday 28, and I must say the service and information we received from your personnel, Ms. Cherry Lee and supervisor, Mr. Syl was remarkable and professional. They both need to be commended for their interaction with customers, especially at a crazy time like Friday. I hope in my continuing visit to your stores, I will meet with more Reps. with the qualities that I experienced from the above mentioned Reps. We live in a world where very few people takes the time to treat the other with respect so I pray that others who shared our experience will not ignore it. We waste too much time on bad reviews. Please do not let a good deed go un-noticed, these people work wery hard take the time to say,THANK YOU & SMILE, it always help.

Yesterday I had parked on the ground level of the newport center mall for a little more than 4 hrs and had shelled out a pretty steep 10.25 $.
In my opinion it would be in their best interest of the newport mall to come up with a plan to validate tickets for purchasing customers.
Free/discount if a customer ends up actually purchasing at your mall. I understand the proximity to the city and additional costs involved in operating a parking lot so close to the city. BUT HIGH PARKING FEES

This happens to be the mall I travel to the most because it is closest to me and because they charge 3.5% sales tax. They have alot of great stores icluding a Coach store they built a little over a year ago, my favorite. The only downfall is paying for parking $2.00 for up to 3 hours, not so bad.

This is the only mall I shop in. They have a variety of stores and when you are done shopping you can go to the 3rd floor to the food court or go catch a movie. The price to park is crazy but you can take the lightrail or path train to get there.

This is a nice mall located in Jersey City. You can take the light rail right to the mall so you don't have to drive. They charge for parking which is horrible. They could be cleaner. If you need to go to the bathroom I'd suggest Macy's. It's always spotless in there. J.C. Penny's bathrooms are always nasty. You can get alot of good deals at the Children's Place, Sear's and J.C. Penny's. They also have a food court on the 3rd floor and a Loews Movie Theater which is nice.

The newport mall is like a world inside a mall thats how big this place is. They have so many imported stores with everything from around the world. The mall even has food from around the world.
