Horrible service, Horrible company, they lie, try to take advantage and sell a sub par product..then want to treat you like you did something wrong....worst move I made was to buy a pool from this company.

Our experience with Niagra pools has not been good. We chose Niagra because a family member purchased a pool from them about 15 years ago. She had no complaints with her pool or the service she received. We purchased a $28,000 inground pool from them 5 years ago. The pool installation costs ended up being much more than expected as we had to pay every "potential" installation extra cost. Other than the high cost of installation, we had not problems with the pool for the first few years. Two years ago they closed our pool incorrectly. When it was reopened in the spring the liner was ripped off the edging of the pool. The staff at Niagra denied any responsibility and said that it was not due to the fact that they had drained the pool too low over the winter, even though we had another expert say otherwise. Thousands of dollars later, we have a pool that constantly leaks. Many holes have been found and patched in the liner, including the area that the Niagra service men "kicked" the liner back into place. After thousands of dollars in water bills over the last two years and a constantly leaking pool, we will have to purchase a new liner and we are hoping that the problem is not the plumbing. The staff at Niagra have been rude to us throughout this process. We would not suggest using Niagra to anyone looking to make such an investment in a pool.

We purchased a home in Voorhees that had a pool two years ago. While initially we found them helpful, the store on 73 slowly lost its charm with staff that didn't know what they were talking about. We had our pool opened by them this past Spring and it will be the last business they receive from us. I returned home to a pool cover laying in the yard, parts and pieces removed from the pool after winter laying on the concrete and the winter pump laying in the grass still connected to the hose. All this for nearly $300. What was most frustrating is all the boxes were checked on the sheet which implied all the work was complete. I called expressing my concern and they simply stated they would put a note in our file for closing. Guess what NIAGRA - don't waste your time. We have taken our business elsewhere. I have heard that NIAGRA was once the premier pool location but since it has been taken over by others in the family it has gone compeltely down hill. Our experiences have shown this and we will not use them in the future.

When looking for a hot tub we could not decide what brand to use. Niagara called us everyday and we decided to purchase a $9,000 tub from them. We have had nothing but issues with our Jacuzzi brand spa. When calling service to schedule a winterizing was told they would call me back later. Of course no call back. Called yesterday for our air lock problem, of course, no one else has these issue. Told i would get call back. Well, still waiting. When selling you a tub you get a call everyday till you purcahse but don't expect any service from them. just horrible.

Terrible! I spent over $7300 on a new above ground pool which 2 days later they informed me was unavailable. I switched the order, spent thousands on tree removal, new fence, permits, etc. and on install day (3 weeks later) the installer shows up without the pool. Turns out, the pool was supposed to be shipped prior to the subcontractor/installer showing up, but Niagara failed to mention this; had i known I would have been all over them all week. When I called Niagara back, they had no solution, but it turns out that they had most of the pool ready to be delivered, other than one very major piece of it. Now the installer has left, and no pool has yet to show up. Its now 2:48 pm and Niagara says the pool has yet to be delivered to my house because the missing piece has yet to arrive at their warehouse yet! Oh, i almost forgot, the installer noted that the quote Niagara gave me was also incomplete, and that i would need to be charged another $200+ to do the job as i ordered it (Niagara takes the order, gives you the quote, and sends it to the installer - the sales guy Andy misquoted it) Lets not forget that I have, literally, tons of sand outside waiting to be washed away by the rain which was supposed to be used for underneath the pool, so i assume that I will need to spend a few hundred more for that, and now, the installer cant fit me in for an entire additional week!!! No one in Niagara is doing anything to escalate this issue. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE JERKS ANY MORE BUSINESS, I KNOW THAT I WON'T!

***UPDATE***
It is now Monday afternoon, August 2, 2010, and guess what...still no pool. Niagara claimed to have the missing part overnighted, but when i asked for the tracking # from UPS, it showed a 3 day delivery, scheduled to arrive on Friday (which still would have been late, considering the install was scheduled for Friday morning and the pool would have been delivered after the installers arrived). Either way, Niagara is now blaming UPS for their issues. 1:17 pm - still no pool delivery...atrocious!

I have been to many pool stores and I have stopped going anywhere else. Whenever I have a pool need I go right to Niagara Pools. The people there really know their stuff and do not try to rip you off. Their prices are what you would expect for a quality specialty shop.

The people at Niagara are great when you have a problem with your pool. the staff is knowledgable and have generally been right on when we have had a problem. The only drawback is they are a bit on the pricey side.

Every year they would welcome me with open arms during pool season! They have everything you need to service your pool - as a do it yourself or you can make an appointment for them to come out and service the pool for you. Great place to go for all of your pool needs.
