Magazu Mark F Dvm - Swedesboro Animal Hospital

I have to agree with the Levines re Dr. Magazu. I've never seen such a caring, gentle man. I can't imagine a flea being afraid of him! He gets down on the level of the animal and you can see in his eyes that he loves them all. I think the other reviewer must have been at a different animal hospital. He saved our collie many years ago that was hit by a car and had many hairline fractures of the skull. Not once did he utter putting the dog to sleep. We have been going to Swedesboro animal hospital for the past 15 yrs. Moving to a new state was not easy when you have a pet that has an illness. Dr Magazu was amazing with his explainations and caring. Honestly I do not know what vet Daisy W went to but it certainly was not Dr Magazu. Never, ever has he even uttered an unkind word even in jest. He has always been totally professional and upfront with us about our pet's care and treatments. What other vet 'calls' you to personally give you the results of tests on an animal you think is critical. They walk you through every test, give you exact information you need to make the best decisions for your 'kids'. They are amazing Doctors' and staff. Always smile, never in bad moods and all very caring. Thank you Dr Magazu, and staff The Levine's

I had a very bad experience when I took my dogs to Dr. Magazu. My dog has anxiety at the vet. When Dr. Magazu saw her she became very upset and put up a fight. Magazu said that I should just have her put to sleep!!!! I was so upset when I left & I never returned. Since then, I have taken both of my dogs to the vet where I used to live (45 minutes away!) and she has been seen many times by other vets without incident. I can't believe Dr. Magazu would tell me to put my dog to sleep just because she was afraid of HIM! I don't blame her.

Dr. Magazu and his team are phenomenal. They have treated my cats with respect and compassion - especially when 2 of my felines had terminal cancer. I trust them completely. They are currently treating another one of my cats who has diabetes and he is doing wonderfully. I have had many animals in my life and I can tell you that I would drive hours if I needed to in order to bring my pets here. AWESOME VETS!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Swedesboro AH for over 5 years, and have loved every experience with them. Even after moving an hour away i still take my animals there. In working in the Animal Field as a Vet Tech at an animal shelter it is nice to know that i can put so much trust that my animals are being well cared for. I do Hospice care for senior dogs that come through the shelter and have recently adopted an older dog (Henry) who had an enlarged heart, we had many visits to Dr. Magazu and called him with question and consultations about meds. He and his staff have been nothing but supportive and kind. I never doubt He or his staff for a second.In the past week I had to have henry put to sleep, when i called to let the hospital know they were nothing but supportive and kind. I will never visit another hospital for my pets.

The staff here have always been very helpful. It is a nice big office with a little store connected to it, which is nice if you need to pick up some food or any other supplies on the way out. We have always had good experiences there for both our cats and dogs.

These are a very caring and knowledgable staff. They are always there for you in an emergency or just for a routine visit. The hospital itself is spotless and very state of the art! They will treat your pets as they would their own. The staff is just as knowledgable as they come and they are always willing to help you out with a problem you may be having with your pets. If they don't have the answers, they will find them for you!

Multiple doctor facility that offers the best in pet care. State of the art equipment that is always being upgraded and a staff that will treat your pet like their own. Emergency care is available 24/7. Convenient store located next to the hospital lets you stock up on essentials or buy you pampered pet some toys. Competatively priced services and products.

Afflicted with a skin condition, my dog has been prescribed expensive shampoos and medications for his condition by other vets in the past. After one of the vets at swedesboro animal hosital looked at him he said," This dog has allergies which is common in this breed." He then recommended an over the counter medication that saved us money and cleared up the my dog's skin problem. That is honesty!!
