Nancy and David Fine Jewels

Recently just bought an engagement ring for my fiance! I know I am a difficult person to please, so when I am looking for something particular that is what I am going to get. Nancy and David not only had the selection I wanted, but the prices were fair, and most importantly they took the time to work with me - no pressure from the sales people. I think it took a total of 10 days from the diamond selection process to the ring being in my hand. Great service, great product, overly pleased and would recommend to everyone. Many thanks!

I love Nancy and David! They have everything a girl could ever ask for! I recently bought earrings and wear them everyday. Absolutely beautiful store with full bar and lounge for customers - great shopping experience. Wonderful business people as well. Overly satisfied customer. Would highly recommend!

Nancy & David make a mockery of the business. My fiancee and I went to them for a custom wedding bad which was poorly made. We honestly do not believe this was a tailor made piece, but simply one that they themselves purchased and passed off as their own production. Had to return it a number of times before they could get it even remotely close to resembling the wedding band that we asked them to model it from. Second, asked them to re-size the wedding band and our engagement ring, which took them multiple attempts and multiple weeks of delay. And, when we did receive the engagement ring back, the settings were off and asymmetrical. Third, they're very suspicious folk. When we told them we'd gladly come by their Manhattan office that they supposedly do all the work out of, they were quick to say it's a private office and no visitors are allowed. I don't even believe they have a presence or an office in Manhattan. It's a total farce which makes me very suspicious and skeptical of them. It seems as though they're bringing the work to other jewelers to do and they do nothing of the sort themselves. No integrity in that and zero quality control apparently because of it. To add insult to injury, they nickel & dime you for every re-sizing and their prices are outrageous and especially insulting given the beyond sub-par work and service that you're unfortunately greeted with. Please avoid at all costs. I will not be recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

When buying jewerly, there is no such thing as a great deal because no two jewels are ever the same. They carry a medium sized variety of jewels ranging from necklaces to earrings. Each piece is crafted with fine detail; perfect for a Christmas gift or birthday present. There is always something special in this store that might not be found elsewhere.
