I read the previous reviews on this company and I can not agree with that rant of a review. My husbands and I had a wonderful shopping experience their for my engagement ring and diamond wedding band. Their service was world class, prices where perfect and what a collection of fine jewelry to choose from, I have already recommended my friends to shop their. I started by searching their diamond inventory via their website at www.parjewelers.com

I was looking for a very special diamond ring for my wife and looked everywhere, I went to all the big jewelers in the area and was referred to Paramito & Son from my attorney. What a Great place to shop a very intimate classy store where I felt no pressure to make a decision to purchase something I did not want. Rather Patricia and albert paramito upholds the companies 50 years in business with a wealth of knowledge in diamonds and custom design work. I would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to come here first. I spoken with several people in cherry hill about the store and they all had great things to say about their experience.

Paramito??s used to have good customer service, but after t Mr. Paramito passed away, the store has taken a turn for the worse under his son??s direction.

My husband bought my engagement ring from the late Mr. Paramito, and we were very happy with the ring and his level of customer service. My mother-in-law had been a loyal customer for many years, and it was obvious that my husband would purchase my ring there. Sadly, Mr. Paramito Sr. had an untimely death, and when we returned to purchase the matching wedding band, his son had taken over the business.

The high levels of customer service that his father upheld were completely undermined by his son. Still, we decided to buy the wedding band because it was crafted to exactly match my engagement ring.

The son promised to call me on Friday when I was told the ring would be ready to pick up after being sized. Not only did I have to track him down because he did not call when he said, but the ring was not ready. He then promised to call the next day because my ring would be ready then. Again, he did not follow through on his word, and again, the ring was not ready. This was particularly disappointing because I was leaving for my honeymoon on Monday, and I would have to leave without my wedding band.

He made another promise to call as soon as I returned, and he even offered to drive the ring to me as an apology. That would have been nice, but again, he proved his promises and words empty and did not call upon my return, even after I had expressed how upset I was that he had failed to follow through twice before.

As it turns out, one of the prongs had broken off of my engagement ring during the honeymoon, so when I went to pick up the wedding band, I took in my engagement ring to be repaired. Upon examining the ring, he asked, ??Where did you get this ring?? My mother-in-law and I exchanged incredulous glances. After two months of dealing with him and two weeks of close contact, he was unaware where we got the ring? He was unaware the reason we returned for the wedding band was because it matched the engagement ring that his own father made? It was truly unbelievable.

Instead of standing behind his merchandise and his father??s good name, he insisted I banged my hand and insisted on charging for the repair. I have no experience of banging my hand, and I told him that much. This is particularly cogent because he said the amount of damage incurred required a fair amount of force. Surely, I would remember such an incident. This, however, is inconsequential. Regardless of blame, I felt belittled as a customer, which seems to be in direct contradiction to the old adage: ??The customer is always right.? Because of repeated poor treatment, I made the decision to take my ring and my business elsewhere. For good. I recommend you save yourself the time, headache, and trouble and do the same.

Ashley I do feel badly about you experience and as you mentioned I did do everything I could to accommodate you. However you had the ring for three years prior to coming to us for the wedding ring, which we honored the price even though we had no record of your conversation with my father. As a courtesy we stood by that promise my late father made to you. The engagement ring you purchased from my father was three year ago and after my review it was damaged after you came back from your honeymoon. Precious metals and diamond need care but I did offer to make the repairs at my cost even though I was not under the obligation to do so. I am sorry you did have this experience and we did everything to accommodate your problem.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my entire life. Mr. Paramito was rude in every interaction I had with him and refused to stand by his product when the prong on my wife's engagement ring fell off. And my wife's wedding band was so late that it didn't arrive until after our honeymoon.

When it finally arrived, it had a crack in it and the diamonds were loose! Maybe because Mr. Paramito did not perform a basic task like sizing a ring in-house but sent it out to a third party! There are great jewelery stores in Cherry Hill. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them!

In the shopping center and I have had a cross on a chain that was broken when i received it from my Mom while she was sick, never had it fixed, and went into the jewelers and he fixed it on the spot for me and I have never taken the cross off.

I was looking for a family-type jeweler to solder my engagement ring to my wedding band (that I had made by a family friend who lives very far), and I found one in Paramito Jewelers. Al is very kind and responded to my needs, and he was able to get my rings back to me if I waited in 15 minutes! They now look gorgeous. He is reasonably priced too (cheaper than other quotes on this service in the area) and has a good selection of jewelry in his showroom.
