Great customer service! Staff is very helpful and polite; not pushy and rude. They provide detailed explanations of the problems. All questions are patiently answered. Timely service and so far they have been able to fix all problems I have had with my car. Reasonably priced (although not cheap), and sometimes initial estimates are slightly higher than the actual cost. Sincere and hard-working.

I have used GT off and on (when I have had Japanese cars) for about 10 years. My mother and sister have been using them just as long. They are an honest, hard working bunch. They are a little more expensive than some other places, but not so much that their honesty and integrity don't make up for it. Some of the same people still work there from the first time I used them, and they are good.
