In this day and age of FACELESS Big Box stores it's a breath of fresh air to experience outstanding customer service and selection like Jerry's. No matter if you are buying a pencil or the entire store...Spencer's customer service is the best. Jerrys is a great art supplies store with really helpful staff. I've never had to go elsewhere to find something, and although this store isn't as big as the chains, its still great and gets the job done.

Jerry's Artist Outlet carries an amazingly wide variety of art supplies both for the professional and for the enthusiast, at great prices. The store has nearly everything an artist is looking for, from drawing pencils to paints to different types of moulding materials. The service is friendly and helpful, and the store is easy to navigate. It's an artist's paradise at an amazing price.

This store in the Essex Green Mall has a wonderful , varied selection of supplies for artists and children who enjoy doing arts and crafts projects. The sales staff seem knowledgeable and ready to help customers. I do not know any other store in this area that has as great a selection of different art supplies as this establishment offers.

Jerry's Artist Outlet has everything the aspiring or professional artist needs: oils, acrylics, watercolors, pastels. If you are into collage art, they have a wonderful selection of custom papers. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Jerrys is also a sponsor of Art on the Green, an annual event that provides a great outlet for local artist to showcase their work.
PROS: Jerry's has 2 late nights Wednesdays & Thursdays until 8pm
