this is a very nice place and its much cheaper then going to a health club the prices are good the parking is good and they make you feel comfortable there the staff are very well trained and they have alot of equipment there to work with and they have a nice pool and they have classes to join the place is kept very clean and its very organized i figured why spend alot of money that i dont have at a fancy club when i can come here its very convient and close to home and they have trainers there as well just like the health clubs i do and will continue to recomend them this is a good organazation and very well worth my money and time
