Ron provided my business the very bad service I have ever received from a locksmith
company they were not able to meet my security needs at a very high price. I??m not going
to do any more business with him.
The emergency responder was condescending and could not find our location without a full address (including zip code). I have a 5 year old GPS that doesn't require a ZIP code. Even a google search doesn't need a ZIP code to be accurate.
checked with the state, this person does not have a valid DCJS locksmith Lic. This person does not even know what his state locksmith lic. is. DO NOT use this locksmith.
Tricked into paying $160 I was told this will cost $29 for them to unlock my car...I waited an hour in the cold and they finally showed up with a balloon to prop open my door and a long hanger. Then they gave me a bill for $29 PLUS $129 LABOR! It was NEVER made clear to me that I would have to pay for labor for someone to pry my door open. I told them that it was never made clear to me WHATSOEVER and yet they refused to give me any sort of discount at all.
